Gigi's journey began in 2002 with her daughter, Brandice, who was born with Rett syndrome, g-tube fed, and non-ambulatory. Caring for Brandice gave Gigi firsthand insight into the dedication and compassion this field demands. Over the past two decades, she’s become a trusted authority in creating operational systems that meet the highest standards of quality and compliance — from audit readiness and emergency preparedness to staff development and documentation protocols.

Gigi’s impact extends beyond HD Quality Care through GiGi’s Place Incorporated, a unique ISS program offering daytime experiences that go far beyond the traditional setting. Here, individuals explore gardening, music, painting, arts and crafts, archery, and even life skills through buying, selling, and trading. It’s a vibrant space designed to nurture independence, creativity, and real-world learning.

Chautauqua's journey began in 2014 with her partner who was declining in his health. She suggested contacting Dr's all across the world for assistance in helping him with a Neurological Disease; after his passing she committed her life to helping the community. It was in 2016 when she started her life into helping people with Intellectual Disabilities in Dallas Texas. She then had to take a break in 2018 when she decided to care for her mother who was on Hospice; and after her passing she was not the same person. 

Chautauqua decided that working in the Healthcare field for HCS & TxHmL was the best thing that could have happened to her. 

Chautauqua'a impact was strong one with working with people with disabilities; as she could relate to the individuals, because she also has a disability. She started as Administrations and receptionist; then she climbed the ranks of Case Manager 2017 , Program Director Assistant in 2020 and then Program Director for a HCS company in 2023- 2025 .
