HOUSE MANAGER

House Managers are primarily responsible for managing house staff, maintenance, and day-to-day operations, with daily duties and responsibilities including:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the house, including cleaning, maintenance, and security
  • Hiring, training, and supervising household staff such as housekeepers, chefs, gardeners, and drivers
  • Managing household budgets and inventory, including ordering supplies and groceries
  • Coordinating and overseeing contractors for larger renovation projects
  • Planning and coordinating events hosted at the home, such as parties or charity events
  • Ensuring the house meets safety and cleanliness standards
  • Providing personal assistance to household members, such as running errands or arranging appointments
  • Addressing any issues or problems that arise within the home, from maintenance issues to staff conflicts
